- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Spray the topside of each foil sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine kielbasa, potatoes, bell pepper, onion, cabbage, garlic, caraway and nutmeg in bowl; toss to mix. Place one-fourth mixture in center of each foil sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Top with 1/2 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces.
- Bring up the sides of the foil. Double fold the top and ends to seal the packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.
- Place packets on grill and heat 20 to 25 minutes until sausage reaches 160°F and potatoes are tender.

- Preheat barbecue grill.
- Place kielbasa, potatoes and onion on a double layer of foil and drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and toss.
- Fold edges of foil together to seal packet.
- Cover and grill 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
EASY KIELBASA SKILLET DINNER
The house always smells awesome while this very tasty, filling meal is cooking. It makes kielbasa worth stocking up on when it goes on sale and uses basic/cheap ingredients overall. Vary the vegetables depending on what you have on hand. For example add/replace broccoli with a can of corn and/or peas, etc. If you like a little heat, sprinkle a little hot sauce on top after it's cooked. This should make about 4 servings, but it almost always turns out to be split into 2 large servings between the me and the boyfriend. We like to crisp up/brown the kielbasa slightly before adding the vegetables.

- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Cook and stir onion in the hot skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add kielbasa; fry until sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes more.
- Stir broccoli and potatoes into sausage mixture; season with salt and pepper. Cook, without stirring, until broccoli begins to soften, about 15 minutes. Stir mixture and continue to cook until vegetables are completely tender, 10 to 15 minutes more.

- Place 4 12x12 pieces of aluminum foil on the counter. Begin to layer and divide the kielbasa, potatoes, onion, bell pepper, green beans, and garlic in the center of the aluminum foil. Then place 1 tablespoon of salted butter in each foil pack. Season each foil packet with Cajun seasoning and salt (optional). Drizzle on the olive oil one by one and begin to close the packets. Fold in half and then gather each side up toward the sky, crinkle and close until sealed tight. You do not want any air (steam once cooking) or juice to escape.
- Place the foil packets on the grill and grill for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Carefully remove foil packets from grill. Place each packet on a plate. Carefully open the foil packets and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley on-top. Enjoy immediately.
