HEALTHY BAKED CRUSTED TILAPIA
Meal prep your fish with a crust! This Healthy Baked Crusted Tilapia recipe is easy to make with simple ingredients and packed with protein.

Steps:
- Crush up your Ritz Crackers
- Take a bowl out and combine everything but your Olive Oil and Tilapia into it
- Mix those together
- Take out another bowl and add in your Olive Oil
- Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
- Place both sides of your Tilapia in the Olive Oil then flip your Tilapia around a few times in the Bread Crumb mix
- Put your Tilapia onto the baking sheet and cover evenly with the remaining Bread Crumb mix
- Top with a few squirts of Lemon on each piece
- Bake on 450F/232C for 8-12 minutes depending on how thick or thin your fish is

Steps:
- In a well greased baking pan, add the milk and lemon juice. Place the fish on top of the milk.
- On a large frying pan, melt butter, add olive oil and onions, saute until onions are translucid. Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve while hot.
EASY BAKED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees F). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the bottom of the baking dish and dot with butter. Season with Old Bay seasoning and garlic salt. Top each one with a slice or two of lemon. Arrange the frozen mixed vegetables around the fish, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork.

Very easy and quick. Low in Cholesterol. This is my original recipe I made up for my husband because of his high cholesterol problem.Tip: for better presentation I lightly brush filet with egg mixture and pat additional cracker mixture after I turn the fillet.

- Finely crush Ritz crackers.
- Mix all dry ingredients with cracker crumbs.
- Beat egg and milk.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.
- Dip each fillet in egg and milk mixture.
- Coat filet with cracker mixture.
- Place on broiler pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes and turn.
- Lightly recoat turned side of fillet with egg mixture and cracker mixture.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes Serve.
