1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick (4 to 5 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; place cooling rack in pan.
  • In shallow bowl, beat egg and water with fork or whisk. In another shallow bowl, stir bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
  • Dip each pork chop into egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture.
  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook 1 to 2 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Place pork chops in pan.
  • Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 145°F.

1 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1. On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients.
  • 2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.

4 (5 ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Rub pork chops with olive oil and dip in the Parmesan mixture. Press mixture into pork chops to make sure they are well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 40 to 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

1/2 cup garlic and herb bread crumbs
