1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. In a shallow bowl, whisk the milk and mustard until blended. Dip chicken, a few pieces at a time, into milk mixture, then place in bag and shake to coat., Place chicken, bone side down, in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear.

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice or 2 teaspoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
  • Arrange chicken or turkey in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Spread mustard mixture over the top of each piece.
  • Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken or turkey is tender and no longer pink.

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice or 2 teaspoons lime juice

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Oven Method:.
  • Preheat oven to 375*.
  • In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except chicken or turkey.

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475°F Spray 13" x 9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine mustard & evaporated milk in a shallow bowl & mix bread crumbs & cheese in a separate bowl.

2 cups frozen broccoli cuts
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/3 cup diced roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and broccoli.

1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/3 cups breadcrumbs
2/3 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup parsley, minced (or 2 T dry)

Steps:

  • Melt butter in pan.
