12 jalapeno peppers
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, green tops sliced
2 tbsp cilantro, minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise.
  • With a spoon, scrape seeds out of the peppers.
  • Mix together remaining ingredients until well combined.
  • Fill each jalapeno half with equal amounts of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place the filled jalapenos on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until bubbly.
  • Turn broiler on for the last couple of minutes until filling is browned.

3 oz Cream cheese ((softened))
1/4 cup Green onions ((chopped))
2 cloves Garlic ((crushed or minced))
1 tbsp Fresh cilantro ((minced))
1/4 cup Bacon bits ((pre-cooked))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a small bowl, stir/mash together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, cilantro, and garlic. (You can heat a bit if the cream cheese is too hard.) Fill the jalapeno halves with the mixture. Place onto the lined baking sheet.
  • Top each jalapeno popper with about a teaspoon of bacon bits, pressing lightly into the cream cheese filling.
  • Bake about 15 minutes, until the peppers are soft and the bacon on top is crispy.

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep warm., Combine cheeses; spread into each pepper half. 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 green onions, minced
12 large jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded
12 slices center-cut bacon, halved lengthwise

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Cheddar, cilantro, salt, pepper and green onions.
  • Fill each jalapeno half with a heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture. Wrap the bacon tightly around the jalapenos, overlapping slightly.
  • Place the wrapped jalapenos, cheese-side up and spaced 1-inch apart, on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake until the bacon is crisp, about 25 minutes.

Sweet red and yellow pepper pieces and corn chips

Steps:
