BACON WRAPPED GREEN BEAN BUNDLES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook bacon on the stovetop until slightly cooked (not crispy), about 3-4 minutes. Reserve any drippings.

- Dab beans dry and toss with reserved bacon drippings (about 2 teaspoons) or olive oil if you don't have drippings, garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste.
- Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap around about 6-8 green beans, secure with a toothpick, and place on a parchment-lined pan.
- Combine brown sugar with 1 tablespoon of water and lightly brush over each bundle.
- Roast 20-22 minutes or until bacon is crisp and beans are lightly roasted.

GREEN BEANS W/ BACON BUNDLES
A few years back I discovered a great green bean recipe that we use for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Something a little different from the usual (and a little scary)... green - bean - casserole. Don't get me wrong... my girls love those crunchy little onion things... but you can hold your culinary head high, as...

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Set out the bacon, green beans and casserole dish in a little assembly line. Lay out a half strip of bacon. place a small bunch of green beans (6 or 7) onto the strip of bacon and roll up into a bundle. Place the bundle into the casserole dish, seam side down. Repeat with remaining bacon strips and green beans. You can pack these pretty tight in the pan, just know that if the bacon is touching another bundle they take some prying to get apart. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and heated through, about 20 minutes.

GREEN BEAN BUNDLES
Steamed and then baked, these scrumptious green beans take on great flavor, because they are wrapped in bacon and bathed in a savory sauce. This recipe is best when you marinate the bundles overnight.

BACON WRAPPED GREEN BEANS BUNDLES
This is such a tasty side dish!!!! I love it with beef, but have made it with everything. Although it's a little time-consuming at the beginning, they are really very easy to make. You can wrap the beans ahead and keep in the refrigerator until ready to broil.
