1-1/3 cups milk
12 oz. (3/4 lb.) VELVEETA, cut up
6 cups medium egg noodles (about 12 oz.), cooked, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat milk in large saucepan on medium heat. Add VELVEETA; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
  • Add noodles and Parmesan cheese; mix lightly.

Steps:

  • Cook 12 ounces wide egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Transfer 1/4 cup cooking water to a skillet. Stir in 4 tablespoons butter, one at a time. Add some chopped parsley and/or dill, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Drain the noodles and toss with the sauce.

One 12-ounce package wide egg noodles
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 5 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking water and then drain the noodles.
  • Heat the reserved cooking water and butter together in the pot over medium-low heat, whisking, until smooth and warm. Add the noodles and toss well. Toss in the parsley and dill and season with salt and pepper.

2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; simmer, stirring frequently, until butter is browned, fragrant, and foamy, with brown bits in it, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth and bouillon to the pan with the butter; bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in egg noodles, bring to a second boil, cover, and turn off heat; leave pot on the same burner. Let stand for 30 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.

4 eggs, hard boiled
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
pepper
1/4 cup fresh mixed herbs, finely chopped (parsley, chervil, chives, tarragon etc)
1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cut the eggs in half and carefully take out the yolks.
  • Mash yolks with cream, lemon juice, salt & pepper and spoon them back into the whites.
  • Place the eggs in a shallow, buttered dish and sprinkle with the herbs & cheese.
  • Pour melted butter over them and brown them slowly under the grill (broiler).

1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup real butter
8 ounces egg noodles

Steps:

  • Bring water, 2 boullion cubes and 1/2 stick of butter to boil using med to high heat.
  • Add egg noodles.
  • Cook until noodles are desired texture.
  • (About 6-8 minutes) During last minute of cooking add remaining 1/2 stick of butter.
  • (You may add additional butter if desired. Also you may use 1 can of chicken broth instead of bullion. I suggest using bullion).

1-1/2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups shredded Canadian Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
(half a 375 g package) medium noodles

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. until mixture just comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add mushrooms. Keep warm. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well; return noodles to saucepan. Add cheese sauce and toss lightly to coat. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
