Ingredients
3 dozen chicken wings (1st and 2nd wing pieces)
12 fluid ounces louisiana hot sauce
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons flour

Steps:

  • Directions 1.Bake or deep-fry the wings until they are done. 2.Mix all the sauce ingredients except flour in a saucepan. 3.Cook over medium-low heat. 4.When warm, add flour to thicken sauce; stir frequently. 5.When sauce is thick, cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with sauce. 6.Mix the rest of the sauce with wings and place in baking dish. 7.Bake at 300°F for about 20 minutes or until warm. 8.Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. 9.These are great reheated, but be warned that they get hotter each time!

2 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections. , In a small shallow bowl, combine butter and garlic powder. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into crumb mixture. , Place on greased baking sheet; bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

Cook these deliciously sticky chilli-maple chicken wings for a mind-blowing treat. Serve as a party snack with celery sticks and cream cheese for dunking

1kg chicken wings
oil , for drizzling
50g butter
150g hot chilli sauce
3 tbsp light brown soft sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
celery sticks , to serve
soured cream , for dunking

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Toss the chicken wings in some oil and seasoning in a baking tray. Cook for 30 mins. Combine the butter, hot chilli sauce, sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan with a good pinch of salt, and bubble until thick and glossy. Brush the mixture all over the chicken, then return to the oven for 20 mins - turning and painting halfway through cooking - until sticky. Serve with celery sticks and sour cream for dunking.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper, Ground
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (omit if you don't want it too spicy)
1 teaspoon salt
chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces fat trimmed off
vegetable oil, for frying
1 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Trim breasts and cut into 1 inch chunks.
  • Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a LARGE bowl.
  • Mix together in a separate bowl 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup hot sauce, a dash of garlic powder and a dash of pepper and heat in microwave for about 20 seconds. stir to mix well. set aside.
  • Put the wings into the large bowl of flour mixture, coating each wing evenly.
  • dip into mixture of butter and hot sauce, then again into flour mixture. place all the "wings" on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes. (This will help the breading to stick to the wings when fried.).
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (You want just enough oil to cover the wings entirely -- an inch or so deep at least.).
  • Fry them for 10 to 15 minutes or until some parts of the wings begin to turn dark brown.
  • Remove the wings from the oil to a paper towel to drain, but don't let them sit too long because you want to serve the wings hot.
  • For Coating:.
  • Combine another 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended.
  • Quickly put the wings into a large bowl. *You could also use a large plastic container with a lid for this.
  • Add the coating mixture and stir, coating all the wings evenly or simply put all the wings inside the container with the lid, add the sauce, then shake.
