APPLE SPICE PUNCH
Served warm or chilled, this non-alcoholic apple spice punch will have you dreaming of cosy Autumn evenings.

Steps:
- Place apple juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks and allspice into a large saucepan and place over a medium heat.
- Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 15 minutes, take off the heat and leave to cool completely with the cinnamon and cloves still in the pan.
- Once cool, discard cinnamon sticks and cloves and decant into a bottle/jug (with a lid).
- Apple spice punch will keep in the fridge for one week and can be served warm or chilled.

- Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up the corners and tie with string to form a bag. Place in a large saucepan with apple juice (or place loose spices in pan and strain before serving). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove spice bag. Serve punch hot in mugs. Garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired.

- Place sugar, spices and 1 cup cider in a saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in juice concentrate until melted., Transfer to a large pitcher. Stir in remaining cider. Refrigerate, covered, until cold., To serve, pour cider mixture into a punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale. If desired, garnish with orange slices.
