This is a good recipe that I haven't made in a long while. They are definitely different.But very good...Hope you will enjoy

Ingredients

1 c butter, softened
1 3/4 c sugar
2 large eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 c apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c walnuts or pecans

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with mixer. combine dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture. Mix until flour is moistened. Fold in apples and nuts. Spread into prepared baking pan and bake at 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until done. Drizzle with glaze, using 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, i tablespoon and hot water and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups baking apples, peeled and chopped

Steps:

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer.
Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
Mix until flour is moistened.
By hand, fold in apples and walnuts.
Spread in greased 9" square baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Steps:

1. In a bowl, combine and mix well: 1 cup oil 1/2 cup milk 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup Amish Batter * In a separate bowl combine the following dry ingredients and mix well: 2 cups flour 1- 1/2 cups sugar 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 - (5.1 oz) box instant chocolate pudding 3 heaping TBS of cocoa 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup pecans or walnuts 1 cup chocolate chips Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix and pour into two well greased and sugared bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Steps:

Melt butter in a pan, stir in the sugar.
Heat it until the sugar has melted.
Allow it to cool then add the beaten egg, flour, vanilla, salt, and baking powder.
Bake the dough at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cut then sprinkle it with confectioners sugar, if you like.

3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 egg whites
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

thoroughly mix all brownie ingredients until well combined.
Spread into a greased jelly roll pan.
Beat egg whites till stiff and add brown sugar, spread this mixture over brownies, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
