OVEN BAKED BARBECUED CHICKEN

Steps:
- Season chicken pieces with the salt and pepper. Whisk together the Ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Brush the sauce on all the chicken pieces.
- Bake in a sprayed 10 inch iron skillet or a regular baking dish in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes testing meat with a thermometer to make sure it is cooked before removing from the oven. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit for oven baked chicken.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring often. Cool., Pour 1-2/3 cups marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting., Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan. Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Place skin side down over pan. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 20-25 minutes on each side or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.

AMANDA'S PARMESAN CHICKEN
This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. Great to make for a large group. We made this recipe for the dinner party that we had for a group of my daughter and her friends for Homecoming 2008. It is so good. We looked for recipes all over Zaar and the Internet. This recipe came from Simple Recipes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the minced garlic with the melted butter in a bowl.
- In another bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pcs into garlic butter, then into crumb mixture to coat.
- Place coated chicken pieces on to a 9x13 baking dish.
- Try to leave a little room between each piece.
- Drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake uncovered 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- The chicken will be much more browned on the bottom than on the top.

FAVORITE BARBECUE CHICKEN
A not-too-sweet, not-too-tangy barbecue sauce that everyone loves. Finishes in almost a glaze and would also be great on pork chops or ribs.

Steps:
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in ketchup, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes to thicken sauce. Remove from heat, and allow to cool.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Dip chicken in sauce, and turn to coat. Cook on grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once. Move chicken to the skillet with sauce. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
