AIR FRYER TORTILLA CHIPS
Crispy corn tortilla chips are easy to make in your air fryer. Use premade corn tortillas and dress them up a bit and you end up with a crispy, delicious snack made exactly the way you like it!

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees for 3 minutes.
- stack the corn tortillas on a cutting board and use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into triangles.
- Place the chips in a zip top bag and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt or Cool Ranch seasoning (see note below).
- Seal the bag and smush it around to season the chips fully
- Arrange chips in an even layer in your air fryer basket. Use an air fryer rack to make a double layer, if possible. You will likely need to work in batches.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes, flipping the tortilla chips halfway through cooking.
- Remove to a rack to cool. Chips will get crunchier as they cool.
- Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

- Cut tortillas into triangle shaped pieces.
- Toss tortillas with oil then transfer to air fryer basket sprayed with nonstick. Arrange into an even layer. It is okay if some are overlapping.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 3 minutes, toss then air fry for 3 more minutes. Check crispness and air fry for 2-3 more minutes if necessary.
- Salt chips and serve.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Lightly brush the tortillas with olive oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle the tortillas with the salt and Tasty Jazzy Spice Blend on both sides.
- Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
- Working in batches, add the tortilla wedges to the air fryer in a single layer and "fry" for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with guacamole.

- Rinse potato cubes and put them into a bowl with cold water to soak for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat an air fryer to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Drain the potatoes and pat dry. Transfer to a bowl and toss with olive oil. Put them into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18 minutes. Raise the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Shake the basket. Add leek and shake basket again. Cook until leek has softened, about 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour into a 6-inch, nonstick cake pan. Mix in cooked potatoes and leek. Set cake pan into the air fryer basket. Cook until tortilla has browned on top and the middle no longer jiggles, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Italian parsley before serving.
