How to make crispy parmesan and garlic roasted radishes in the air fryer or oven.

Number Of Ingredients 6

12 oz bag Radishes, trimmed and halved
1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil, divided
1 clove Garlic, crushed*
Pinch of Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp (15g) Grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp Red Pepper and Parsley Flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Cut the radishes in half (quarter any extra large radishes) and toss with 1/2 Tbsp (8g) olive oil. Add the radishes to an air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 400ºF.
  • In the same bowl, add the remaining 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, red pepper, and parsley flakes. Stir everything together.
  • After 8 minutes in the air fryer, add the radishes back to the bowl with the olive oil mixture, tossing to evenly coat. Add the grated parmesan and stir everything together until the radishes are evenly coated in parmesan.
  • Place the radishes back in the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes at 400ºF until crispy golden brown.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. Toss radishes with remaining ingredients. Place radishes on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until crisp-tender, 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 lb Red radishes
1 lb Thin sliced bacon ((about 16 slices))
1/4 cup keto barbecue sauce for dipping

Steps:

  • Cut bacon in half crosswise and set aside
  • Snip off the ends and wash radishes thoroughly. Dry with paper towel no need to peel.
  • Wrap each radish with half a slice of bacon and secure seam with tooth picks or cocktail sticks.
  • Repeat process till all the radishes have been wrapped.
  • Place bacon wrapped radishes in the air fryer basket.
  • Set temperature to 400°F / 205°C and bake for 13 - 15 mins flipping half way through.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Crispy air fryer keto radishes are the low-carb answer to those that love roasted potatoes. These seasoned radishes are an easy recipe & done in 15 minutes.

1 bunch radishes (1 cup cut)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon black pepper
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
avocado oil spray
parmesan cheese or fresh herbs (optional)

Steps:

  • Wash the radishes, scrubbing off any dirt. Let them dry on a paper towel or in a colander.
  • Trim off the roots and stems but do not peel. Cut the radishes to be 1-inch pieces so they are as uniform in size as possible. This ensures they all cook evenly.
  • Place the radishes in a bowl and spray with avocado oil. Next, add the seasonings and toss to coat.
  • Place radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set to air fry on 400F for 10-12 minutes. At the midpoint around the 6 minutes shake or stir them around carefully. Let them cook until they are brown & crispy on the outside and fork-tender on the inside.
  • Serve immediately and top with parmesan cheese or fresh herbs - optional.
