Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 13x9-inch pan.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl at HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Alternately, melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water.
- Remove bowl from microwave and stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts.
- Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes (do not overbake).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients then add the fat free yogurt mixing until moist. Spray an 8X8 dish with nonstick baking spray. Place mixture in dish and pat with moist hands until even. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. These brownies are more like cake brownies. Top with 2 tablespoons of fat free cool whip if you like for no additional points. Per Serving: 72 Calories; trace Fat (5.5% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 14g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 164mg Sodium.
