1 MINUTE MICROWAVE BROWNIE-MICROWAVE MUG MEAL

Steps:

• In a microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.
• Mix in the chocolate chips.
• If you don't want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
• Microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
• Serve warm with vanilla ice cream & enjoy!

EASY BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Stir flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a microwave-safe mug. Stir water, oil, and vanilla extract into flour mixture with a fork until smooth.
• Microwave until set, 1 to 5 minutes.

QUICK BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
• Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla and mix well with a spatula, making sure the dry ingredients at the bottom get incorporated.
• Microwave on high for 1 minute. Brownie will still be moist in the middle. If brownie appears too fudgy, microwave for another 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached. Do not microwave for more than 2 minutes total. The longer you cook it, the more cake-like the brownie becomes.
• Cool for 5 minutes before eating, if you can wait that long!

1 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES IN A MUG

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and the oil.
• Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
• Spray two regular sized mugs with cooking spray.
• Divide the batter into the two mugs.
• Microwave each mug for approximately 1 minute. The brownie should rise and look springy. Let cool for 5 minutes.
• Top with whipped topping.
