LEMONY LEMON BROWNIES

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter and set aside.
- Zest and juice two lemons and set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixture fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the flour, sugar, salt, and softened butter until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
- Pour it into the flour mixture and beat for 2 mins at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 23-25 mins, should turn golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool completely before glazing. Do not overbake, or the bars will dry.
- Filter the powdered sugar and whisk with lemon zest and juice.
- Spread the glaze over the brownies with a rubber spatula and let glaze set.
- Cut into bars and serve.

Steps:
- Brownies:.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Using a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time until combined.
- Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Pour batter into the baking pan and bake in the oven for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Make sure to not over bake.
- Allow to completely cool on the counter.
- Glaze:.
- Using a large mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until combined.
- Pour the glaze over the lemon bars and spread evenly.
- Allow to harden overnight before enjoying!

Steps:
- Brownies: Combine the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the softened butter.
- In another bowl whisk the eggs with the lemon juice and zest. Add to the larger bowl and mix well.
- Pour into greased 8X8 brownie pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until just starting to turn golden around the edges and a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before glazing. Do not overbake, or the bars will be dry.
- Remove and let cool, then glaze.
- Glaze: Stir all glaze ingredients. Spread 1/2 the glaze over the brownies with a rubber spatula. Let glaze set. Spread the remaining glaze over the bars, and let it set. This glaze does not harden like most. Cut into bars, and serve.
- You can double the recipe and bake in a 9X13 pan for 30 minutes.

- Grease and flour a 13" X 9" pan.
- Preheat oven to 325°F Beat together the dry cake mix, dry Jello powder, oil, and eggs.
- Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 325F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
- Remove from oven.
- Immediately punch lots of holes all over the cake with a toothpick.
- Combine icing sugar and lemon juice with a wire whisk until smooth.
