Steps:
- Prick the tenderloin all over the the tip of a knife.
- Combine the honey, hoisin sauce, sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in large ziplock bag.
- Add pork to bag.
- Refridgerate, turning the bag occasionally, for 6-24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450*F.
- Spray rack of roasting pan and place in the pan.
- Place the tenderloin on the rack; discard the marinade.
- Roast until instant-read thermometer registers 160* in thickest part of tenderloin (approx. 25-27 min).
- Let stand 5 min before slicing.
- 3 Points for 1/4 of the tenderloin.

- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Coat a shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
- Combine thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Rub oil all over pork. Sprinkle thyme mixture all over pork and transfer to prepared pan.
- Roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of pork reads 160ºF, about 30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing crosswise into thin (about 1/2-inch thick) slices. Yields about 3 ounces per serving.

- Combine sesame oil, honey & garlic in small bowl & set aside.
- Drizzle green beans with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste, and toss.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and roast beans in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- remove from oven and spoon honey/garlic mixture over beans, toss and return to oven for 10-12 minutes (until beans are dark and begin to shrivel).
- Toss with sesame seeds and serve.

- Spray shallow roasting pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in large bowl.
- Pat pork dry with paper towels, add it to the soy mixture and turn evenly to coat.
- Place pork in roasting pan, press in the sesame seeds.
- Roast until thermometer registers 160*F in thickest part of meat (20-25 min).
- Transfer pork to cutting board and let stand 10 minute before slicing.
- 4 Points for 1/4 of pork.

- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a large roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil (for easy clean-up, if desired) and coat with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, fennel seeds, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Rub mixture all over pork; place pork in prepared pan.
- Add vegetables and potatoes to pan; drizzle with remaining tablespoon oil. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; toss to coat.
- Roast, uncovered, tossing vegetables and potatoes halfway through cooking, until a meat thermometer inserted in center of pork registers 145ºF and vegetables are tender, about 45 to 55 minutes; transfer pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
