- Instructions Bring beer just to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Whisk in cream cheese and cayenne pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in salsa jack until melted. Serve warm with pretzels.
WISCONSIN CHEDDAR BEER DIP
A Packer game would not be complete without this crowd-pleasing beer dip. Serve with pretzels or homemade beer bread cut into cubes.

- 1. Mix all ingredients together. Place in serving bowl and top with chopped green onions.
- 2. Serve with home-made beer bread or pretzels... and of course, beer!
WISCONSIN BEER DIP
Steps:
- Let cream cheese soften for about 15 minutes.
- Add 1 package of cream cheese to mixing bowl. With fork, mix cream cheese. Add 2nd package of cream cheese and mix with first.
- Add ranch dip mix and mix with blender on low to medium speed. Slowly add the can of beer, putting about 4 Tbsp. in at a time. Mix and repeat.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and serve with pretzels.
