A sensational drink, just to my liking!! Prepared in advance and refrigerated, it makes it an extremely quick and healthy breakfast for those on the run in the morning.

2 ounces wild blueberry juice
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces plain yogurt or 2 ounces frozen yogurt
2 ounces ice

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and run until smooth. Garnish with a few blueberries. Add additional fruits and berries in season as desired.

  • Ice, Ice, Baby. Last but not least, top it off with a little ice, if needed. I only add ice if I’m using fresh fruits and not frozen. This is one of the reasons why I love using Wild Blueberries.
  • Blend Away! Start your blender on the lowest setting and wait until those big pieces of frozen produce start to break up before you gradually increase to the highest speed.
