Mix up your pizza night with this delicious and easy white chicken pizza recipe. Made with naan bread with an Alfredo sauce base, this is perfect when you need a tasty pizza fix in a hurry!

4 naan breads
½ cup alfredo sauce
2 cups grated gouda cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
2 roma tomatoes (diced)
2 green onions (sliced)
6 tablespoons cooked crumbled bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
  • Place naan breads on two baking sheets. Spread each with two tablespoons of alfredo sauce. Sprinkle each with ½ cup gouda cheese, ½ cup chopped cooked chicken, 1 ½ tablespoons cooked crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes and green onions.
  • Place pans in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 (14-ounce) round prebaked Italian pizza crust
9 slices (3/4-ounce) Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese cut into thin strips
1 cup skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Melt Butter with Olive Oil in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; add garlic. Cook 5-6 minutes or until garlic is softened but not browned.
  • Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread garlic butter evenly over crust; sprinkle with half of cheese. Evenly spread chicken and parsley over crust. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Great for vegetable pizza, meat pizza, or pasta. Brush your favorite pizza dough with olive oil, spread sauce, add your favorite toppings, and bake per dough instructions. Also great for calzones or chicken, or chicken and broccoli with fettucine. Makes enough sauce for 2 medium pizzas. Freezes beautifully. Just thaw at room temperature.

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk, or more as needed
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
½ teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir onion and garlic until tender and fragrant, about 1 minute. Add flour and whisk until flour is lightly browned and onion is translucent, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Mix milk, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper into onion mixture. Cook, whisking continuously, until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

CRUST
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3/4 to 3-1/4 cup flour
TOPPINGS
3 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
dash cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 to 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 to 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water; add oil and salt, then gradually stir in flour. Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Let dough rest about 10 mintes, then pat into a large baking sheet. Crust should be on the thin side, not deep-dish style. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken breasts along with onion, garlic, and cayenne until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushrooms and basil and cook another minute or two. Brush entire empty crust generously with olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary over crust and garnish edges with sprigs of rosemary. Add skillet toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 until crust is golden (10-12 minutes).

This is new addition to my recipe box. Very tasty and simple. I gave this to my neighbor and she loved it! Although it probably violated any number of dietary restrictions she is on. Who can I share my creations with?

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut in bite sized pieces
1 tsp italian seasoning, crushed
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1 pkg prepared pizza crust (i like extra thin)
1/2 c prego flavored with savory bacon alfredo sauce
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c jarred roasted red peppers, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/4 c thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Heat the oven to 450F.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minutes.
  • 3. Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread the sauce on the crust to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Layer with the chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
  • 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired.
  • 5. Easy Substitution: For White Shrimp Pizza, substitute 1/2 pound uncooked shrimp (31 to 40 count per pound), peeled, deveined and chopped, for the chicken. In Step 1, cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through. Proceed as directed above.
