WHITE CHICKEN PIZZA

- Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
- Place naan breads on two baking sheets. Spread each with two tablespoons of alfredo sauce. Sprinkle each with ½ cup gouda cheese, ½ cup chopped cooked chicken, 1 ½ tablespoons cooked crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes and green onions.
- Place pans in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Melt Butter with Olive Oil in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; add garlic. Cook 5-6 minutes or until garlic is softened but not browned.
- Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread garlic butter evenly over crust; sprinkle with half of cheese. Evenly spread chicken and parsley over crust. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

- Heat butter and olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir onion and garlic until tender and fragrant, about 1 minute. Add flour and whisk until flour is lightly browned and onion is translucent, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix milk, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper into onion mixture. Cook, whisking continuously, until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

WHITE CHICKEN PIZZA
Steps:
- Dissolve yeast in warm water; add oil and salt, then gradually stir in flour. Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Let dough rest about 10 mintes, then pat into a large baking sheet. Crust should be on the thin side, not deep-dish style. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken breasts along with onion, garlic, and cayenne until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushrooms and basil and cook another minute or two. Brush entire empty crust generously with olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary over crust and garnish edges with sprigs of rosemary. Add skillet toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 until crust is golden (10-12 minutes).

Steps:
- 1. Heat the oven to 450F.
- 2. Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minutes.
- 3. Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread the sauce on the crust to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Layer with the chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
- 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired.
- 5. Easy Substitution: For White Shrimp Pizza, substitute 1/2 pound uncooked shrimp (31 to 40 count per pound), peeled, deveined and chopped, for the chicken. In Step 1, cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through. Proceed as directed above.
