- Using water, moisten rim of a highball glass. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon celery salt on a small plate; dip rim into salt. Discard remaining celery salt from plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Place remaining ice in prepared glass. , Add vodka, juices, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish if desired, pepper, remaining celery salt and pepper sauce to shaker; cover and shake until condensation forms on exterior, 10-15 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish as desired.

WHITE BLOODY MARYS

Steps:
- Add the tomatoes, cucumber, celery, grapes and jalapeno to a blender and puree. Line a sieve with cheesecloth, set over a large bowl and pour in the pureed mixture. Set the bowl in the refrigerator while it strains, about 30 minutes.
- Once the liquid has been extracted, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and discard the solids. Combine the horseradish, superfine sugar and 2 lime wedges in a pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon. Stir in the tomato juice mixture, the vodka and some crushed ice until combined.
- Combine 1 tablespoon each salt and pepper on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the glass in the salt and pepper mixture. Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with cucumber spears and a few grape halves.
PITCHER OF BLOODY MARYS
Steps:
- Combine the lime juice, celery seed, and horseradish in a pitcher. Muddle the mixture with the end of a wooden spoon to blend and break up the celery seeds. Pour in the tomato juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together to combine.
- Divide the vodka among 6 tall, chilled glasses filled with ice. Fill the glasses with the Bloody Mary mix, stick in the celery and cucumber and garnish with the cilantro. Give the Bloody Mary a good stir and serve.

- Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.

- Add the tomatoes, cucumber, celery, 3 cups of grapes and jalapeno to a blender and puree. Set up a sieve lined with cheesecloth over a large bowl and pour in the pureed mixture. Set the bowl in the refrigerator while it strains.
- Once you have the extracted the liquid, remove it from the refrigerator. Add the horseradish, superfine sugar and 2 lime wedges to a pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon. Stir in the extracted tomato juice, some crushed ice and a few splashes of vodka. Stir to combine.
- Rub a lime wedge on part of the rim of each glass. Dip the rim into the salt and pepper mixture so it sticks to the wet part of the rim. Pour the drink into the glasses and garnish with cucumber spears, celery sticks and a few grapes.
BLOODY MARYS

- Fill 2 mason jars with ice. Divide the vodka between the jars and squeeze in the lime juice. Add a few sprinkles of steak seasoning, 2 or 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and a dash of cayenne pepper to each. Divide the tomato juice between the jars and add a dash each of salt and pepper to each jar.
- Use a celery stalk to push a squeezed lime half into the bottom of each jar, then stir everything around with the celery. (If you prefer an iceless Bloody Mary, screw on the lid of each mason jar and shake for 20 to 30 seconds, then use the lid of the jar as a strainer and pour into glasses.)
ULTIMATE BLOODY MARYS
Steps:
- In a large pitcher, stir together the tomato juice, clam juice, and lime zest. In a small glass measuring cup, whisk together the lime juice and wasabi powder and add to the pitcher. Stir in the Tabasco, Worcestershire, vodka, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- Spread the Old Bay Seasoning on a small plate. Moisten the rims of six highball glasses by running a lime wedge around the edge of each glass and dip the rims in the Old Bay Seasoning. Set aside to dry.
- Fill the glasses half full with ice and pour in the Bloody Mary mixture. For each drink, add 2 or 3 olives threaded on a 6-inch skewer, then place one shrimp and one slice of lime on the rim of each glass. Serve cold.

- Rub lemon or lime around rim of glass and then put the rim in margarita salt or Tony Chachers, if desired.
- Add ice to glass.
- Mix Vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, Pepper, celery salt and horseradish (if using) and pour in glass.
- Garnish with lemon or lime wedge, celery stalk, green onion or pickled green bean.
