16 ounces peach pie filling
16 ounces apple pie filling
16 ounces cherry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup walnuts

Steps:

  • Grease 10 inch baking pan. Pour in undrained peaches, apple and cherry pie filling - smooth out. Put can cherry pie filling on top pineapple. Sprinkle cake mix on top of fruits. Drizzle melted butter over all. Sprinkle on minced nuts.
  • Place pan on the 1" rack Bake on power level HI for about 15 minutes. Delicious with whipped topping or possibly ice cream.

2 eggs
3 tablespoons hot water

Steps:

  • In mixing bowl combine, lava cake mix, 2 eggs & water. Mix together well.
  • In 4 cup cake tin (included) - pour 3/4 full. Place in Nuwave/Flavorwave on rack (4 tins).
  • Cook on Hi heat for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve. (Note: remove from Nuwave/Flavorwave oven ASAP and cool).

non-fat cooking spray
1/3 cup crushed vanilla wafer (8 wafers)
12 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened (1 tub)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup liquid egg white (or 2 eggs)
3/4 cup fruit (red raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, or kiwi slices)

Steps:

  • Lightly coat 10 muffin cups (silicone) or paper muffin cups that have been tripled.
  • Sprinkle bottom with and sides of each cup with about a1 teaspoon of the crushed vanilla wafers. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Add egg product and beat on low speed just until combined. Divide evenly among muffin cups.
  • Bake on liner pan for 15-16 minutes on power level high, or until set. Cool in cups on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Remove cheesecakes from muffin cups. Just before serving, top cheesecakes with fresh fruit.

1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 lbs chicken wings (about 16)

Steps:

  • Stir together garlic, five-spice powder, salt, and soy sauce in a large bowl.
  • Cut off and discard tips from chicken wings with kitchen shears or a large heavy knife, then halve wings at joint.
  • Pat dry and add to spice mixture, tossing to coat.
  • Arrange wings in nuwave oven pan and heat on 4 inch rack, turning over once, until browned and cooked through, 18 to 20 minutes total.
  • Makes 4 main-course servings.

1/2 loaf country bread
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (about 1 1/2 ounces -freshly grated )
1 tablespoon sage (chopped fresh)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 lb skinless chicken legs (2 whole )
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half (2)

Steps:

  • Tear bread into pieces and in a food processor pulse until finely ground.
  • In a large bowl stir together 2 cups bread crumbs, Parmesan, sage, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt butter and stir in mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
  • With a sharp knife cut chicken thighs from legs.
  • Pat chicken dry and brush all over with butter mixture.
  • Roll chicken in bread-crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere, and arrange chicken, without crowding, on 4" rack.
  • On level HI, bake chicken until cooked through and golden, 14 to 16 minutes.

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu (Nuwave/Flavorwave Ovens) image

This is a fast and easy way to make dinner in your Nuwave/Flavorwave Oven. Made it tonight for my friends and have raves. Made up of "pre made" Garlic Mash potatoes and you have a great dinner in under 25 min (cooking time). 6-10 min to bread & roll them up. Note; You can defrost the chicken for 5 min on 1/2 power or 5 on Nuwave oven. I used defrosted chicken. Note: if your chicken is frozen you and defrost in your Nuwave oven/fFlavorwave oven. I have used 5-8 mins to defrost. Also, a quick way is to put your chicken breast into a full sized freezer bag prior to pouding it thinn. I hope this helps. Note: I use italian style bread crumbs, I also add some granulated garlic, salt & pepper, and some assiago cheese if I have some on hand. Enjoy!

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
6 pieces mozzarella string cheese
6 slices ham
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumb (Italian)
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
toothpick

Steps:

  • Cook on high heat for 10 -12 minutes. (can also use chicken tenders). Lay out the pounded chicken breasts on a clean surface. Place a slice of ham on each piece, then one stick of cheese. Roll the chicken up around the cheese and ham, and secure with toothpicks. Dip each roll in melted butter, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on wire rack (lowest). Cook until Outiside of chicken is is browned (crispy) and juices run clear.
  • Cook until chicken starts to become golden brown but not too dark! Remove lid asap. As it will keep cooking!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 lamb chops, 1-inch thick
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped ripe tomatoes
4 -6 pitted kalamata olives
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a shallow dish, mix olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Add the lamb chops and turn to coat on all sides. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. In small bowl mix feta, tomatoes, olives, and parsley. Set aside.
  • Place lamb chops directly on 4" rack, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Nu-Wave on HI until done to taste, approximately 12-14 minutes (turning over 1/2 way).
  • When chops are done, spoon equal portion of feta mixture on each chop and Nuwave on HI until cheese melts.
