This is a wonderful chicken wing recipe my family likes it and there is never any left

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c diet cola
1 Tbsp 0nion flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
4 oz chicken wings per person
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tube(s) salt
1/4 c tomato paste, no salt added

Steps:

  • 1. In a saucepan add cola to tomato paste stir. Add all ingredients but chicken heat to a boil.
  • 2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken wings in a shallow baking pan marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Remove chicken wings and return sauce to pan. Cook chicken wings in oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • 4. Pour sauce over chicken wings when done and serve.

  • Combine the vinegar, broth, oil, and pepper sauce in a large zip-close plastic bag; add the chicken. Squeeze out the air and seal the bag; turn the bag to coat the chicken. Refrigerate, turning the bag occasionally, 30 minutes. Drain and discard any remaining marinade.
  • Broil the chicken 5 inches from the heat, turning once, until golden and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
