Weetabix porridge is a healthy, tasty and filling breakfast that is quick and easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 Weetabix
25g of porridge
240ml of milk
Optional: Fruit

Steps:

  • In a bowl, add 150 ml of the milk to the Weetabix and leave until the Weetabix has absorbed all the milk.
  • Add the porridge and the rest of the milk and stir.
  • Put the bowl into the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and enjoy.
  • Optional: Add fruit if desired.

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup pear, chopped
3 tablespoons cashews

Steps:

  • Place Weetabix in a bowl.
  • Pour yogurt over biscuits.
  • Crush Weetabix with spoon and mix with yogurt.
  • Stir in chopped pear and cashews.
  • You can modify the type of nuts, fruit and flavor to suit your taste. I like to add ground flax for omega-3 and extra fiber.
