VANILLA COOKIE LASAGNA

Steps:

• If you're going to use Oreos double stuffed cookies, make sure you scrap half the cookies of their cream. Once crushed, line the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish with the crushed cookies evenly. Drizzle the melted butter over the crushed cookies. Set in the refrigerator.
• Mix the neufchatel cheese, milk, and sugar until well blended and smooth. Mix in 2 cups of whipped topping and spread the filling evenly over the cookie crust and return to the frig.
• Mix the remaining milk and pudding mix together and pour over the filling. Return to the frig.
• Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding, sprinkle with your choice of topping(s) and return to frig. Let set for 1 hour. Enjoy.

OREO® LASAGNA

Steps:

• Crush chocolate sandwich cookies. Mix in butter. Press mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan to make the crust. Refrigerate crust.
• Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk; mix well. Stir in 1 1/4 cup whipped topping. Spread mixture onto the crust and refrigerate.
• Mix pudding with 3 1/4 cups milk until thickened, about 5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate lasagna for 10 minutes.
• Spread remaining whipped topping over the lasagna and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
