VANILLA ITALIAN CREAM SODA

Steps:

• Place ice cubes into a glass; pour club soda over. Pour vanilla syrup on top, followed by half-and-half. Stir and serve.

VANILLA BEAN CREAM SODA FLOATS

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, whisk together the water and sugar. Make a slit to the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the pan then add the whole vanilla bean.
