Steps:
- Brown meat in a 12 inch skillet (drain fat if necessary).
- Pour the entire bottle of salsa into the pan and mix thoroughly. Cook until heated through.
- Pour mixture into a pie plate lined with one of the refrigerated pie crusts.
- Top with cheese.
- Place the second pie crust on top and seal the edges.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until crust is a golden brown.
- Serve with toppings of choice.

- Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9 inch pie pan or 13x9 pan with cooking spray. In skillet, cook turkey and onion over med. high heat 5 to 7 min. stirring occasionally until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix, spread in pan. In med. bowl stir bisquick mix, milk and eggs with a wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pan over turkey mixture. Bake 25 min. Top with cheese and tomato. Bake 2 to 3 min. longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min.

This recipe has fewer calories because of the ground turkey and amazing flavor! It is a little spicy, but our family enjoys it this way. Because it has so much flavor, you cannot even tell it's not ground beef. It tastes great as a topping on baked potatoes as well as tacos. Enjoy!
