1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 pound cooked turkey breast, cubed
2 whole pita breads, warmed
1 small tomato, sliced
2 slices red onion, halved
2 pitted Greek olives, sliced
2 pepperoncini, sliced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in the turkey. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour., Spoon turkey mixture onto each pita; top with tomato, onion, olives, pepperoncini, lettuce and feta cheese. Fold in half.

2 tablespoons butter
2 cups cooked noodles
1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream onion dip
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Stir in butter. Place noodles in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish; top with spinach. , In a large bowl, combine the turkey, gravy, onion dip and onion salt; spoon over spinach. Sprinkle with cheese. 4 turkey breast cutlets, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 lb. total)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup fat-free half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1 (6 ounce) bag Baby Spinach
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
1/2 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded (such as Alpine Lace)
2 cups egg noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Add turkey pieces, season with 1/8 teaspoon salt and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Remove to a plate and reserve.
  • Coat skillet with more spray; add onion. Cook on medium-low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; add 2 tablespoons of water to prevent sticking if needed.
  • Add mushrooms; cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour over top and stir. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in half-and-half, nutmeg, hot pepper sauce and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 1 minute.
  • Gradually stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add turkey and mustard and heat through.
  • Stir in the Swiss cheese until just melted.
  • Serve immediately with cooked noodles.

1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta
½ cup butter
½ medium red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup with herbs
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
5 ounces fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  • While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced

1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 package (20 ounces) turkey breast tenderloins
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup Greek olives, chopped
8 pita pocket halves

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup yogurt mixture into a large resealable plastic bag; add turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate turkey for 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining yogurt mixture., Drain and discard marinade. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil. Using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. , Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°, turning occasionally. 1 tbsp olive oil
200g turkey breast steak , cut into strips
pinch chilli flakes
1 red and 1 yellow pepper , deseeded and cut into strips
3 spring onions , trimmed and sliced
1 avocado , stoned, peeled and sliced
handful coriander leaves
2 wholemeal pitta breads , toasted and halved to form pockets
2 tbsp soured cream

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the turkey and chilli flakes for 5-6 mins. Add the peppers and spring onions and stir-fry until the turkey is cooked but the peppers still have crunch. Season.
  • Divide the avocado and coriander between the pitta halves, then spoon in the turkey and pepper mix. Add a dollop of soured cream to each and serve straight away.

1 cup mushroom, roughly chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon margarine
1 (16 ounce) container fat-free cottage cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
24 large pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 (15 1/4 ounce) jar low sodium spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper in margarine until tender.
  • Remove from heat; stir in cottage cheese, spinach and egg beaters.
  • Spoon mixture into shells.
  • Spread 1/2 C sauce in bottom of 13X9X2 baking dish; arrange shells over sauce.
  • Top with remaining sauce.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until hot.
