ROASTED TURKEY & AVOCADO BLT

2 slices of sour dough bread
2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise (or more if you desire)
Leafy lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Roasted turkey - Leftovers or you can by carving board style turkey or sliced turkey too!
Crispy Bacon

Steps:

  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, turkey and bacon onto one slice of bread and top with second slice of bread. Cut in half, add chips and devour!

1/2 small ripe avocado, peeled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
4 slices Italian bread, toasted
1-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
4 tomato slices
4 thick-sliced applewood smoked bacon strips, cooked

Steps:

  • Mash avocado with a fork; stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Gently stir in cheese., Spread over toasts. Top 2 of the slices with spinach, tomato, bacon and remaining slices of toast.

1 large tomato
8 sourdough bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
1/4 cup HEINZ Real Mayonnaise
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Natural Slow Roasted Turkey Breast
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half
1 avocado, cut into thin slices

Steps:

  • Cut tomato into 4 slices, then cut each slice in half.
  • Spread 4 toast slices with mayo.
  • Fill with tomatoes, turkey, lettuce, bacon and avocados to make 4 sandwiches.

1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
8 slices turkey bacon
1 Hass avocado, halved and pitted
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
8 slices whole-grain bread, lightly toasted
8 small leaves romaine lettuce
1 tomato, cut into 8 slices
12 ounces sliced low-sodium deli turkey breast
1/2 small English cucumber, sliced

Steps:

  • Toss the onion with the vinegar and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl. Let stand 15 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon as the label directs until crisp.
  • Mash the avocado with the yogurt in another small bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay 4 slices of bread on a cutting board and spread with half of the avocado-yogurt mixture. Top with the lettuce and tomato and season with salt and pepper. Add a layer of turkey breast, bacon, cucumber and red onion. Spread the remaining avocado mixture on the remaining 4 bread slices and place spread-side down on top of the sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.

Spread
1 extra ripe avocado
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sandwich
8 slices turkey bacon
8 slices whole-wheat bread
8 leaves romaine lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, cut into 12 slices
1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Combine spread ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth and set aside. Prepare bacon as directed on package; drain thoroughly on paper towels. Toast bread. Place 4 slices on 4 plates. Spread an equal amount of avocado spread on each slice. Top each with 1/4 of the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Cover each with another slice of toast. Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
