TUNA PINEAPPLE PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Cook rotini noodles according to pkg directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
• Add Miracle Whip, tuna, pineapple, cheese, vinegar and sugar - mix well.
• Serve immediately or refrigerate for future use.
• Enjoy!

PINEAPPLE PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
• Drain pineapple chunks reserving 3 tbsp of juice.
• Combine pasta and cauliflower in a large bowl and pour dressing over and mix till well coated.
• (dressing instructions to follow) Refrigerate overnight.
• Add the broccoli, bell pepper, pineapple chunks and onions mixing well.
• Refrigerate till serving time.
• Dressing: Combine vegetable oil, reserved pineapple juice, mustard, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a jar with a lid and shake till well mixed.

EASY TUNA PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook cavatappi at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
• Whisk mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for dressing together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
• Stir tuna, celery, onion, peas, parsley, olives, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice into pasta. Pour dressing over salad, toss until coated, and add hard-boiled eggs on top. Serve.

PINEAPPLE-TUNA SALAD SANDWICHES

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine the applesauce and mayonnaise. Stir in the celery, green pepper, pineapple, onion, seasoning blend, garlic powder and pepper. Add tuna; mix well. Spread over four slices of bread; top with tomato, lettuce and remaining bread.
