1 cup Icelandic Style yogurt (plain or vanilla (or Greek Yogurt))
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup or orange juice)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh mint (thinly sliced/julienned)
fresh fruit

Steps:

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Place it in a bowl.
Serve with fruit on the side.
