Tomato Basil Squares Recipes

TOMATO-BASIL SQUARES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Roll out pizza crust onto a rectangle baking stone (or cookie sheet if you don't have a stone).
• Sprinkle crust with one cup Mozzarella cheese.
• In a bowl, combine remaining Mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic and mayonnaise.
• Mix well.
• Place sliced tomatoes on top of pizza crust.
• Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of tomatoes.
• Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly.

TOMATO BACON SQUARES

Steps:

• Preheat oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Place bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
• Crumble bacon into a medium-size mixing bowl. Mix in bell pepper, tomatoes, and basil. In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise and garlic.
• Roll pizza crust into a 12x15 inch rectangular baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the bacon mixture over the mayonnaise, and top the entire pizza with cheese.
• Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Cool and cut the pizza into 24 squares.

TOMATO BASIL PIZZA SQUARES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375 degrees.
• Spread pizza dough on cookie sheet.
• Mix together 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil, mayonnaise, and garlic.
• Spread cheese mixture evenly over pizza crust.
• Arrange thinly sliced tomatoes over top of cheese mixture.
• Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over top.
• Bake 15-20 minutes until top is golden brown & bubbley.
• Let cool 5 minutes and cut into squares.
