1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
1 can pillsbury creamy supreme caramel pecan frosting
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup almond brickle chips

Steps:

  • Line a 8-inch square pan with foil extending foil over edges lightly butter foil.
  • Melt chips over low heat until smooth remove from heat.
  • Stir in frosting,add peanuts and almond brickle chips mix until well coated.
  • Spread into pan.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Remove fudge by lifting foil remove foil cut into 36 squares.

1 lb light brown sugar
9 1/2 ounces marshmallow cream
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
5 ounces Heath candy bars, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • butter a 9" square pan -- set aside.
  • stir sugar, marshmallow cream and butter in a heavy pan -- over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil --
  • boil 6 minutes.
  • stirring constantly --
  • remove from heat, stir in chips till melted.
  • then toffee bar candy, may not all melt -- completely.
  • pour out into prepared pan -- and chill till firm.

6 ounces evaporated milk
6 tablespoons margarine
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounces butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • butter and 8x8" dish and line with foil.
  • combine marshmallow cream, evaporated milk, margarine, sugar and salt in large glass bowl --
  • cook on high for 6 minutes.or until boiling.stirring twice during cooking.
  • cook on medium for 3 minutes, stirring once.
  • add butterscotch chips, stirring until melted.stir in walnuts.
  • spoon into prepared dish.
  • chill until firm.
  • cut into squares.
