- In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt vanilla chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 5-3/4x3x 2-in. loaf pan. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Drizzle over first layer. Swirl together using a toothpick. Freeze until firm, 5-10 minutes; break into pieces.

- Line a 10x15 inch pan with parchment. Set aside.
- In the top of a double boiler set over simmering (not boiling) water, heat white chocolate and peanut butter. Stir constantly until white chocolate and peanut butter melts.
- Spread onto prepared pan. Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate over top and swirl through with a knife, to create a marble pattern. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 /2 x 1" pieces.

- Line a 9-in. square pan with foil and grease the foil with butter; set aside. In a heavy saucepan, melt white chips, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 tablespoon shortening over low heat; cook and stir constantly until smooth. Pour into prepared pan., In another heavy saucepan, melt milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 tablespoon shortening over low heat; cook and stir constantly until smooth. Drizzle over vanilla layer. Swirl with a knife. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Using the foil, lift fudge out of pan. Gently peel off the foil; cut into 1-in. squares.

- Take out two microwave safe bowls. In one, place two-thirds of the bag of chocolate. Set the remaining one-third of chocolate aside. In another bowl place peanut butter chips. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
- Microwave the two-thirds chocolate on high in 15-30 seconds intervals, stirring each time, until chips are completely melted. This will take about 2 minutes total, but watch carefully the last 45 seconds.
- Add the remaining one-third of chocolate and stir to combine and melt. Continue to stir until all the chocolate is melted, smooth, and glossy. Don't be tempted to put it back in the microwave to finish melting added chips. Let it sit a minute and stir again. It will eventually melt from the residual heat. While the chocolate is finishing to melt, melt the peanut butter chips.
- Melt the peanut butter chips on high for 1-2 minutes total, stirring every 15-30 seconds, until peanut butter is smooth and melted.
