GARLIC PIZZA
This recipe is so easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients. The light and bubbly pizza crust is topped with parmesan, olive oil, and garlic. It's the perfect recipe for weekend movie nights, game days, or any other occasion.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven and a baking sheet to 475°F / 250°C for 20-30 minutes. If you are baking with a pizza steel, preheat for 45-60 minutes.
- If you have a pizza peel, sprinkle it generously with semolina and set it aside. Otherwise, sprinkle a piece of parchment paper with semolina and set aside.
- Combine the olive oil and garlic and set aside.
- Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions, divide it in half, and shape it to your liking. Transfer the dough to the prepared pizza peel or baking paper and sprinkle the parmesan evenly on top.
- Transfer the crust to the oven and bake until it is baked through. The baking time depends on which dough you choose, how thick it is, and what equipment you use. If you use and follow my pizza dough recipe, bake for 5-7 minutes when using a pizza steel and for 8-12 minutes when using a baking sheet. If you use storebought pizza dough, follow the directions on the package.
- Remove the pizza crust from the oven, brush the garlic oil with the garlic pieces on top, and serve.

TIBBY'S ULTIMATE GARLIC PIZZA
This is the Garlic Pizza recipe that was a signature pizza for Tibby's Pizza Parlor in NJ. This is not a copy cat, it is the original recipe. Tibby's is long gone for many years now as they were friends of my grandparents. If you LOVE garlic, then this is the pie for you!! Please be advised that there is NOT any tomato sauce on this pizza. It is unique and different and well worth the taste! I fell in love after my first bite and have never found a pizza parlor that serves anything like it since.

- Place dough on lightly floured surface and lightly flour the top. Use fingertips to evenly flatten, working from edge to center to press dough into a 12 or 15 inch circle. Prepare your pizza stone by sprinkling cornmeal on the top. (if you don't have a pizza stone use a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
- Place your shaped dough on pizza stone or parchment paper on cookie sheet. Brush garlic oil sauce generously on pizza dough sprinkle minced garlic all around on oil sprinkle with grated romano cheese Top with Mozzarella then sprinkle top with garlic powder.
- Bake your pizza in a hot oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
GARLIC PIZZA

Steps:
- Allow pizza dough to be in the refrigerator for at least one day so it will be defrosted.
- Allow pizza dough to sit out for 30 minutes.
- Combine margarine, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Brush margarine mixture onto pizza dough using a pastry brush, allow for about 1 inch for crust.
- (all of it will not be used--you will have extra!).
- Sprinkle w/extra parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

ULTIMATE GARLIC BUTTER
This recipe came fromplaying around in the kitchen. My family loves garlic butter on bread. But I will make large batches of this butter to cook with. Top grilled meats, add to sauces etc! Its worth every calorie!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- cut off the top of the head of garlic so that cloves are exposed (this makes it easier to squeeze out sticky cloves of roasted garlic).
- pour 1 tbl of olive oil and kosher salt and pepper to taste on garlic.
- wrap in foil, place on a pizza stone or in a cermaic dish (so that it wont burn).
- roast for about 45 minutes to an hour.
- You want the garlic to be soft sticky and caramelized.
- after roasting let garlic cool.
- remove roasted garlic from the skins. In a bowl cream together roasted garlic, butter, the 2 remaining tblsp of olive oil, all herbs, salt and pepper. finely mince or use a garlic press for the remaining 2 cloves of garlic and add to the butter mixture.
- refrigerate butter for at least one hour. this lets the flavors come together.
