Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spread half the bread cubes onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with half each of the onions, bacon, cheddar and mozzarella; cover with cottage cheese. Repeat layers of bread, onions, bacon, cheddar and mozzarella; set aside.
- Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Press bread cubes lightly into egg mixture until completely covered. Let stand 10 min.
- Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until center is set and top is golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir bacon and onion until bacon is evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain. Transfer bacon and onion to a large bowl. Stir in potatoes, eggs, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and Swiss cheese. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until eggs are set and cheese is melted, 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

- Combine cheddar, mozzarella and cottage cheses.
- Add flour to the cheeses.
- Sautee onion and add to the cheeses.
- Add eggs, margarine and spinach. Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 7" x 12" baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
