BAKED TERIYAKI CHICKEN
A much requested chicken recipe! Easy to double for a large group. Delicious!

Steps:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and ground black pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce. Turn pieces over, and brush again.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pineapple juice, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic; stir to combine. Bring to a boil and stir well. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring often, until sauce is reduced, about 5 minutes.
- Place chicken thighs in an oven-safe casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of the teriyaki sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, basting thighs every 10 minutes with the remaining sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds.

EASY BAKED TERIYAKI CHICKEN
This simple chicken dinner is a family favorite! It's quick, easy, and absolutely delicous. If you like teriyaki sauce, you're going to love how easy it is to make for last minute meals. This sweet sauce can be used for any kind of chicken including grilled chicken, oven baked breasts, thighs, wings, frozen tenders, and more. It's also really delicious on salmon!

- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, corn starch, water, garlic, pepper, and ginger. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a baking dish large enough to fit the chicken breasts.
- Place your chicken into your prepared dish and pour about half of the sauce evenly over top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, and then pour the rest of the sauce over top. Continue baking for another 10-20 minutes, or until your chicken is thouroughly cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with rice, veggies, or salad. You can also garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onion!

- Mix teriyaki and ranch dressing in a large ziploc bag, add chicken breasts and marinate- at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove from marinade and dredge in cracker crumbs.

TERIYAKI RANCH CHICKEN RECIPE

- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brush each chicken breast on both sides with the teriyaki sauce.
- Arrange them in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Carefully spoon ranch dressing over each chicken breast. (About 1/8 cup on top of each piece of chicken.)
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Sprinkle cheese on each chicken breast. Add crumbled bacon and green onions on top.
- Stick back in the oven for about 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the bacon all the way through.
