TERIYAKI FINGER STEAKS

Teriyaki Finger Steaks image

We love making this for family and friends in the summertime...and are always asked for the recipe. It's so well seasoned and tender and doesn't take long at all to grille

Provided by Barb Quartier @rbq2001

Categories     Beef

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 pound(s) boneless beef sirloin steak
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) vinegar
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) minced onion
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
1 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper

Steps:

  • Trim fat from steaks and slice lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. Place in a gallon size zip lock bag. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Close bag and let marinate 2 - 3 hours...but I usually let it marinate overnight in the frig, turning the bag over every once in awhile so that it marinades evenly. Drain marinade and discard. Loosely thread meat strips onto metal skewers. Grill over medium hot coals for 7 to 10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
