LIMONCELLO FIZZ

Steps:

• 1. Place the thyme and limoncello in a glass and mash with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.
• 2. Strain the limoncello and pour it into a blender along with the Chardonnay, ice, egg white and gin. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a chilled glass and finish with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the remaining sprig of thyme and a twist of lemon.

TAXCO FIZZ

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass and fill with soda.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY FIZZ

Steps:

• In a pint glass, muddle 5 raspberries. Add the chocolate and hazelnut liqueurs and muddle again. Add stout beer and pour into a champagne flute. Pour champagne or sparkling wine over the back of a spoon into the glass to top off the drink. Garnish rim with fresh raspberry.

CHARM CITY FIZZ

Steps:

• Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake again. Strain into highball and add a splash of soda fizz.

CRANBERRY PROSECCO FIZZ

Steps:

• Pour 1 tablespoon orange liqueur and 1 tablespoon cranberry juice into each of 4 champagne flutes. Add 3 cranberries to each flute and fill with Prosecco. Garnish with the rosemary sprigs and serve.
