EASY TATER TOT® CASSEROLE
Frozen Tater Tots®, Cheddar cheese, ground beef, and cream of mushroom soup combine for a comfort food classic in this recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook and stir ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. Spread beef into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Stir cream of mushroom soup, potato nuggets, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl until potato nuggets are evenly coated in soup and cheese. Spread potato nugget mixture over beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes over the top.

I was looking for a tater tot casserole the other day. I read a few different ones and combined a little of each and it turned out great. It was so good. This one is a keeper.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground chuck with onion, drain.
- In a large mixing bowl pour your 3 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 package of McCormick's Au Jus. Mix well. Add ground beef and mixed vegetables. Stir until mixed.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tot (or tater rounds) on top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, then enjoy. Note: You can spread the cheese on top of the tater tots, if you like. I like the tater tots crispy, so I spread the cheese on first.
