Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
- Combine ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and allspice in a large bowl; mix until just combined. Use a rounded 1-tablespoon measure to form mixture into meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.
- While the meatballs are baking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour. Cook, whisking constantly, for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn or brown the flour. Gradually whisk in the remaining milk and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened slightly, 2 to 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste and remove from the heat.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes.
- Drain any grease from the meatballs. Add meatballs to sauce; toss gently to coat. Turn on lowest heat to warm. Add milk or water to thin sauce if too thick.
- Drain egg noodles and serve immediately topped with sauce, meatballs, and parsley.

CROCK POT PARTY MEATBALLS WITH TANGY SAUCE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet (half-sheet pan) with foil. Place a cooling rack in the pan. Or use two jelly roll pans and smaller cooling racks. The cooling rack helps keep the meatballs out of the fat, but if you don't have one, arrange the meatballs right on the foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, 1 1/2 teaspoons of kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, the allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix to blend the ingredients thoroughly.
- Gently form the mixture into meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on the rack(s).
- Bake the meatballs at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and the optional ground cayenne pepper. Stir to blend.
- Transfer the cooked meatballs to the crock pot. Add the sauce mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve from the slow cooker with toothpicks and napkins for guests.

TANGY MEATBALLS
A friend gave me this recipe many years ago. It came from some cooking contest and was printed in a newspaper. The sauce is sweet and tangy and works well with plain rice. The meatballs have a lot of extra ingredients that really aren't necessary so one could use their own meatball recipe for this dish. The foil in the pan is just for easy clean up. A nice salad and some good bread would make this a quick and easy meal. The cook time is figuring that you are simmering the sauce while the meat balls are baking.

KOREAN MEATBALLS AND NOODLES
This kalbi meatball recipe, adapted from the cookbook "Koreatown," is easy and quick enough to consider for midweek dinner. It offers the sweetly peppered, deeply satisfying flavors typical of many Korean dishes, and gives new personality to everyday spaghetti and meatballs. My favorite utensil for making ground meat mixtures, by the way, is an old-fashioned potato masher. The book suggests wrapping the meatballs in lettuce, but I tossed them with noodles in a sauce that exploited the brown bits left in the cooking of the meatballs.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place beef in a bowl.
- Combine honey, black pepper, sesame oil, vinegar, pear, onion, ginger, soy sauce and half the garlic in a food processor or blender and whirl until well blended. Mix with beef. Add egg and bread crumbs and mix again. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and arrange on the baking sheet with a bit of space between them. Place in the oven and bake 20 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 5 minutes for udon, about 8 minutes for linguine. Reserve 2/3 cup of the pasta water, then drain pasta.
- When meatballs are done, transfer them to a bowl and scrape pan juices into a sauté pan. Heat on medium, add remaining garlic and cook briefly until it starts to color. Whisk in gochujang, then pasta water. Simmer about 3 minutes, until sauce reduces and starts to thicken. Reduce heat to low, add noodles and toss in sauce. Add meatballs and mix gently. Transfer to a warm serving dish or individual bowls, scatter with scallions and serve.

Steps:
- This recipe can be increased easily or you may use store bought meatballs to cut down on time.
- If baking meatballs, preheat oven to 350°F.
- You may just as easily pan fry the meatballs and skip the baking process!
- Mix bread crumbs and slightly beaten egg to moisten.
- Add seasoning mix to the turkey burger (you may use 1/2 the package of seasoning or just increase the meat by a pound or two if you want to use the entire package -otherwise meatballs are VERY spicy).
- Note:if you increase the meat-increase the binding agents-egg and bread crumb.
- Mix turkey burger, seasoning, egg/bread crumb mixture by hand-forming 1 inch meatballs (larger if you prefer bigger meatballs).
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet (you may cover baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier clean up) spacing meatballs -not touching.
- Bake for 1/2 hour (check for doneness-some ovens may take less time, some more).
- At this point if you want to cool and freeze for future dinners you can-Make extra to cut down on time for next meal or use meatballs in soup, spaghetti, etc. --.
- Cook noodles according.
- If adding peppers either slightly cook to desired texture or steam with a bit of water if using frozen peppers.
- Add meatballs and sweet and sour sauce-heat thoroughly. You may also add canned pineapple if you like.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
- NOTE: You may substitute teriyaki seasoning (dry mix-same maker-Grill Mates by McCormick) for the Caribbean if you'd like a less "spicy" meatball, but yet just as flavorful-You may use entire pack to 1 lb ground turkey.
