Ingredients

1 cup chopped pecans
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 jar (10 ounces) seedless raspberry or strawberry preserves
Sliced green onions, optional
Assorted crackers

Steps:

Spread pecans evenly over bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon. Carefully spread over pecans. Refrigerate, covered, overnight., Loosen sides from pan with a knife; remove rim from pan. Spread preserves over top. If desired, top with sliced onions. Serve with crackers.

Grate the feta cheese in a bowl and mix with ricotta cheese and egg. The reason I add ricotta cheese is so that the pie doesn't end up being too salty, so the mixture is half feta and half ricotta.
Roll out your puff pastry and spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture then roll up the dough. Repeat with remainder of puff pastry, brush with egg wash and poke holes in each pastry with a fork.
Bake in the oven at 375 F degrees for about an hour or until deep golden brown. Note, you do not have to butter the baking sheet, the puff pastry has plenty of butter in it so it will not stick.
