Sweet Ho Yin Bread For Bread Machine Recipes
SWEET HO YIN (BREAD FOR BREAD MACHINE)
Kids love this sweet bread flavored with Chinese Five Spice! Serve it for morning toast and you won't have to beg the kids to eat breakfast anymore. Use it for French Toast and you have the beginings of a gourmet lunch! From Electric Bread.

Steps:
- Combine in your machine according to your manufacturer's directions.
- Success Hints: Add orange extract with water, away from yeast.
- This is a great"beginner bread" for kids to make.
- It's deceptively simple and everyone loves it!
- Top this bread with the sweet Guava-Raisin Spread (see recipe I posted) for a real dessert treat!
- This recipe can be made using the regular, rapid and delayed time bake cycles.

Wonderful texture, lightly sweet, gone in 60 seconds! I use this for rolls and they are always gone in no time! Cooking time includes machine and rise time, so it is very simple.

Steps:
- Pour water into bread machine.
- Add honey, yeast and gluten.
- Follow with remaining ingredients.
- Set machine for dough cycle.
- During knead cycle, check dough for consistency, it should be slightly elastic, if too stiff, add water, too moist add more bread flour.
- After cycle is finished, place dough in greased bread pan, or form into rolls, cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
