SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALL SKEWERS
These easy Sweet and Sour Meatball Skewers are made from frozen meatballs that are combined with fresh peppers and basted with an easy sweet and sour sauce.

Steps:
- Heat a grill to medium-high. Thread the peppers and meatballs alternately onto 8 skewers.
- Microwave the jam in a small bowl for 15 seconds. Add the barbecue sauce and stir to combine.
- Place the meatball skewers on the grill and brush with the sauce. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning and basting with the sauce occasionally.
- Serve warm.

- Heat grill. In large bowl, combine bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle with seasoned salt; toss to coat.
- Alternately thread meatballs, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms onto four 12 to 14-inch metal skewers.
- When ready to grill, place kabobs on gas grill over medium heat on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly heated and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing generously with half of the sweet-and-sour sauce and turning frequently. Serve kabobs with remaining half of sauce for dipping.

- In medium bowl, place ground beef, flour, garlic powder, ginger, salt and egg. Prep squash by grating. Place shredded squash in between two paper towels and press dry, then add into meat bowl. Mix ingredients until completely combined. Form into meatballs and place in a second bowl. Mix marinade by combining all ingredients, Pour 2/3 of marinade over meatballs and allow to sit for 15 minutes. While meatballs are marinating chunk your vegetables to the size you would like for your skewers. Once everything is prepped, alternate placing meatballs and vegetables on the skewers. Grill for 15 minutes rotating skewers every 5 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Roll into meatballs about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in size.
