Steps:
- Brown onions in oil, add garlic when onions first start to brown.
- Once onions brown add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook down until sauce thickens. If you don't have time to cook it down until it thickens then cook it for 30 minutes and then add cornstarch to thicken.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, garlic, honey, anchovy paste, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and salt; mix together, breaking up any clumps of cheese.
- Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors; spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired.

- Place the diced shallots in a pan with avocado oil on medium heat. Cook until translucent and then add freshly minced garlic and give the pan a couple stirs.
- Add all the additional seasonings listed and let sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store the additional sauce not used for pizza (we just clean the glass jar it comes in and add remaining sauce to it to place in fridge). We use it within the week on tortillas, bread, etc to brighten any other dishes.
