- Peel apples, oranges and bananas, cut into bite sized pieces.
- Cut grapes in half.
- Squeeze lemon juice over fruit.
- Add vanilla, rum, and walnuts.
- Chill for several hours.
- Whip cream; fold into fruit. Decorate with strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
