My three picky eaters have no complaints about the pizza sauce, and it takes about a minute to make!

- In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, garlic, oregano and basil and mix all together. Spread mixture over pizza crust, if desired.

SUPER SIMPLE PIZZA SAUCE
I can only say thank you to the great chefs of Zaar for inspiring me to make pizza again. I tried several sauces EXCELLENT and dough recipes EXCELLENT and then told myself to come up with another sauce recipe to zip up in a hurry. Well here she is.

Steps:
- in a heavy sauce pan, medium size coat bottom with olive oil, turning pan, heat on med heat.
- add garlic and cook til just under brown.
- add in remainder of ingredients minus S & P.
- bring to boil, then simmer 30 min or until thickened to your liking.
- add salt and pepper to taste.
- spread on favorite pizza dough, add in all your favorite accoutrements and enjoy.
- thid is a basic recipe, I have added in chunked tomatoes, slivered onions, shredded chicken, black olives, handful of parmesean cheese, and warmed through before preparing pie.
EASY PIZZA SAUCE I

- Mix together the tomato paste, water, and olive oil. Mix well. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavors blend. No cooking necessary, just spread on dough.

- Put the tomato sauce in a cereal bowl.
- Add 1/4 -1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning. Stir and taste. Add up to 1/2 teaspoons more if desired.
- Add garlic paste or garlic powder to taste. Stir to blend.
- If you don't care about being exact, you can also just spread the tomato sauce directly onto your pizza dough and then sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.

SUPER EASY NO-COOK PIZZA SAUCE
I was looking around my pantry for pizza sauce recently, and didn't find any, so I whipped this up, and it was delicious and very easy! Fresh herbs can be substituted for dried ones when in season.

- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until the mixture is somewhat smooth (a few chunks are nice).
- Use with store-bought pizza dough, Boboli bread, or your own homemade pizza dough, and top and bake as normal.
MOM'S SUPER SIMPLE PIZZA SAUCE
I threw this together when the cupboards were bare. It ended up being really good and it's very easy! This makes enough for 2 - medium sized pizzas.

- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium microwave safe bowl.
- Adjust amount of water depending on how thick you want your sauce.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir.
- Again, microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir.
- For a third time, microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir.
- (You can also cook this on the stove in a small saucepan).
- Use on your favorite pizza recipe or as a dipping sauce.
