SUPER-EASY FRUIT ICE CREAM
Get kids eating more fruit with this simple gluten-free ice cream. Portions of mango, strawberries, banana and kiwi add up to two of their five-a-day

Steps:
- Mash or purée the strawberries and mango in two separate bowls. In another bowl, add the lemon juice and the banana and mash.
- Beat the condensed milk and cream in a large bowl with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff, a bit like clotted cream. Divide the mixture between the three bowls. Fold a fruit purée into each. Transfer each one into a freezer container and freeze until solid.
- Purée the kiwi and sieve out any seeds if you like. Serve a scoop of each ice cream in bowls or sundae dishes and top with the kiwi sauce, sprinkles, or the chopped fruit.

Using only two ingredients, this ice cream recipe consistently produces thick, creamy ice cream. It can be made fat-free or sugar free in any flavor available in a pudding mix. This recipe is ideal for busy cooks, children, elderly people, diabetics, or dieters who cannot find sugar-free ice cream they like, or anyone who wants to impress guests with little effort. This recipe has been tested in a Cuisinart®® 2-quart electric ice cream maker, the kind where you freeze the bowl overnight and do not need ice or salt. This ice cream tastes like very good commercial ice cream.

Steps:
- Place the bowl of an ice cream maker in the freezer until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.
- Chill half-and-half in the freezer, shaking every 10 minutes, until chilled but not frozen, about 30 minutes.
- Pour chilled half-and-half and pudding mix into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- Place frozen bowl of ice cream maker into the ice cream maker; add the stirring component and lid. Turn on the machine so the bowl is rotating. Pour pudding mixture into the machine through the hole in the lid.
- Allow ice cream to process in the ice cream maker until desired consistency is reached, about 30 minutes.

SUPER EASY ICE CREAM!
Here is a simple and delicious ice cream recipe that does not require an ice cream maker! For a different flare try substituting 1/2 cup of the heavy whipping cream with flavored coffee creamer (I would reccomend not using the low fat kind) or egg nog. You can also sub the vanilla for any other flavor extract. Freezing time (cooking time) varies on how shallow your container is. I would sugest using this up within a week for best taste. - Bring 2 cups heavy whipping cream to a gentle boil. Stir in 1/3 cup of sugar until disolved. Remove from heat.
- In a seperate bowl, wisk egg yokes until blended.
- Slowly pour cream mixture into egg yokes and wisk until blended.
- Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- When the mixture has cooled, transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze.
