SPICED PECANS
So simple, so good! Have tried several different combinations of spices, but keep coming back to this one. I use only pecans, but mixed nuts would be fine.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl beat the egg white with the water. Stir in the pecans, mixing until well moistened.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the moistened nuts. Spread nuts on prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. Be careful not to overcook and burn the nuts.

SUGAR COATED PECANS
These sweet pecans are wonderful snacks for any occasion.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Grease one baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together the egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add pecans to egg whites, stir to coat the nuts evenly. Remove the nuts, and toss them in the sugar mixture until coated. Spread the nuts out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

SUGAR AND SPICE CANDIED PECANS
Holiday Treats! Can them for gifts! Top Christmas cookies with them! Garnish a salad with them. Or just eat them as is yummy good. Decorate a cake or pumpkin pie with them. Ok you know what you better double the recipe!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter large cookies sheets.
- Heat in a saucepan melted butter, water and sugar till sugar is dissolved, add spices and pecans stirring till well coated about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer to cookie sheet and bake until golden about 10 minutes.
- Cool store in airtight containers.

- Beat the egg white and water until frothy but not stiff.
- Stir in the sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the pecans and stir well until the pecans are completely coated.
- Spread the nuts on a large baking sheet and bake at 200 degree Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven when dry and toasted.
- When cool, store in an airtight container.

- In small bowl, combine sugar with spices.
- In large bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy; stir in pecans until coated.
- Sprinkle with sugar mixture, tossing with spoon to coat nuts evenly.
- Spread on 2 lightly greased baking sheets and bake in a preheated 325F (160C) degree oven, rotating sheets half way through, for 30 minutes or until coating is crisp and nuts are fragrant.

- Beat egg whites, vanilla, and water together in bowl, until frothy not stiff.
- In gallon size zip-lock plastic bag shake together sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, until well mixed.
- Add the egg mixture and pecans at the same time to sugar mix.
- Zip bag and shake well to cover all pecans.
- Line a large cookie sheet with tin foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
- Spread out pecans on foil and bake at a 250 degree oven for 50 min, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool and store in airtight container.
