SUGAR-FREE POPSICLES
This recipe is similar to other popsicle recipes out there, but I made it sugar-free and practically calorie-free!

Steps:
- Combine complimentary flavors of sugar-free Jello and Kool-Aid in a 2-quart container and mix in boiling water.
- Stir until the Jello is disolved.
- Add cold water to make 2 quarts.
- Pour into popsicle molds or dixie cups (with wooden craft sticks) and place in freezer until frozen.

SUGAR FREE LEMONADE POPSICLES
These popsicles are meant for grown-ups, as they a tart & tangy, and quite lemony in flavor. If you're fond of lemonade, (like I am) you'll enjoy these popsicles.

Steps:
- Stir together until dissolved, the sugar free jell-o and boiling water.
- (This should take about one minute).
- Then add the cold water, and stir.
- Add the sugar free lemonade drink mix, and stir.
- Pour the liquid into plastic popsicle molds, and place them in the freezer.
- (I filled my popsicle molds 3/4's full, and froze them overnight in the freezer).
- To remove popsicles from the plastic molds, run them under hot water for a few seconds.
- Note: To make these popsicles, I used 12-(3 ounce) popsicle molds.
- Also, the sugar free lemonade drink mix I used was, Fit & Active, which I purchased from Aldi's.

CHERYL MATTHEW'S DRIPLESS POPSICLES
These popsicles are the invention of a very good freind of mine in Taber, Alberta. Cheryl often made them for my children, and love still love to go to her house and eat them up on hot summer days. They are a huge hit with the little kids and the BIG kids!

- Pour boiling water over the first three ingredients.
- Mix well and stir in cold water.
- Pour into Popsicle trays and freeze (Will fill 2 1/2 Trays).
SUGAR-FREE DRIPLESS POPSICLES
Guilt free treat! Note: Some good combinations are strawberry-banana Jello with strawberry Kool-Aid or Orange Jello with tropical punch Kool-Aid.
